Introducing Project 004, a video documentation project that offers an intimate look at one individual's experience navigating young adulthood. Recorded over 10 consecutive weeks during the 2024 Spring semester, this project was inspired by the pressures of social media and the constant feeling of never being good enough. Alongside the video documentation, reflective journaling provides insight into the challenges and triumphs faced during this period of life. Alongside the recording was reflective journaling as I navigate young adulthood. Throughout the project I learned to trust my self and learned my own work was uniquely beautiful.

This project allowed me to delve into the world of film and filmmaking, where we explored the intricacies of color and color grading, and even dabbled in sound design to enhance the viewer's experience. Looking forward to documenting and incorporating it in more of my work.
